Keeping in mind that we are constantly improving our service, we may change or add any section of our Terms and Conditions without prior notice, so we recommend that you always keep up to date with them.

    

2. It is important that you register or make your purchases using only your real information, whether you are an individual or a legal entity. For Barcraft Tees, your data is completely private and we will never share or sell it (unless activity occurs that infringes upon the site's community standards or Colombian law). Barcraft Tees developed this website with the goal of supporting the creatives and artists of our country. You are not authorized to publish, reproduce, copy, download, sell, or otherwise distribute the content available on this page through any electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or other means without prior permission from Barcraft Tees, and doing so may subject you to civil or criminal liability as applicable. We only authorize you to share our products through your social networks, provided that you link the publication to the Barcraft Tees Website, with the goal of supporting and promoting the item of interest rather than for commercial use.

Measure your unfavorable comments regarding the work done by our artists; keep in mind that any comment with a negative connotation will directly affect the reputation and good name of a professional. Likewise, do not respond with violence or aggressiveness to the comment of another user in our network.

    

5. Do not publish or transmit malicious and/or false information that affects the reputation and good name of the Barcraft Tees brand.

    

6. Under no circumstances should you perform activities that attempt to violate the security of our website. Also, do not misuse any of our services.

    

7. Do not post comments that have a commercial or advertising purpose promoting any other idea that is not directly related to our website.

Bearing in mind that the designs featured on Barcraft Tees' canvases are created by the artists in our community, you, as our user, have the right to report to our customer service emails any posts that you consider infringe upon any social, religious, political, or copyright law, or contain discriminatory content.

    

Infringing any of the rules described above will result in sanctions, which may range from the deletion of comments and closing the user's account(s), to being legally prosecuted. Therefore, we recommend that you create your profile on a trusted computer or device to which only you have access and control, as activities carried out under your profile will be attributed to you. If you do not agree with any of these rules or any other stipulation of our website, we suggest that you refrain from using it.
